Hverasvæðið Við Námafjall '10

Text on back of card: Dotted with steampits and mudpits, the solfatara region by Námafjall, Mývatn is barren with its acid, sulphuric, high temperature soil resulting in vivid ground color. In 1974, this geothermal region, as well as all of Skútustaðahreppur, was declared a preserved natural site.
